Club Camping
We're changing things up for 2027! If you are new to club camping, or a seasonsed regular, please read all the info below.

Group size totals are no longer submitted by admins. Each individual member must complete their own booking. Clubs will only be assigned space for the number of unique bookings we receive.
Please do not assume you have an allocated club space. The only way to secure club camping is via the unique booking link specific to your club.

First-Time Booking: Contact your club admin to get the private checkout link, then complete your booking. A free club pass will be assigned directly to your vehicle registration number.
Already bought your tickets? Send an email to us via our contact us page, we'll need the following info.
Your vehicle registration number
The email address used to purchase your tickets
The name of the club you wish to camp with
Please note we will share number plate details with the club admin.
If you decide you no longer wish to camp with your club—that's okay! Just please let us know via email at least two weeks before the event.

If you haven't already received an email from the Dubs in t'Dales team, and wish to apply for a club camping space, please drop us an email via the Contact page. Please provide as much info as possible on your club.
If approved, you will receive a private link: You will receive a unique, secret checkout link via email.
Share with Members: Forward this link to your club members so they can reserve their spot in your allocated club area.
